What if I told you, you can fight foodwaste by drinking wine?
The Two Raccoons Elliott and Lasse started their wine production in their student flat by scavenging bins for fruity loot. After the freezer was packed, they relied on winemaking and the power of fermentation to preserve their catch.
Now, they collaborate with food businesses, farmers and foodbanks to save fruits BEFORE they hit the bins. All wines are made from fruit surplus, which would have otherwise gone to waste.
